First of all, this entire site is designed as a disciple-making hub for men of all ages.

My passion is helping you make sense of your life through my writing and teachings.

You will find a link to some of my credentials below, but first I’d like to speak to you from my heart.

I have listened to you, and I understand.

• You want great relationships, and a sense of meaning and purpose.
• You want to overcome the obstacles that have been holding you back, and shed the destructive behaviors that keep dragging you down.
• You want to succeed, to be a great husband and father.
• You want your life to count and make a difference. You don’t want to be a shooting star that streaks across the sky one night, and then disappears without a trace.
• You want to be heard, to be known, to understand and be understood, to love and be loved.
• You want to be fully alive.

What you want is so clear — your yearnings, desires, hopes, dreams, and plans. But equally clear are the soul-crushing obstacles, blows, setbacks, sorrows, and even defeats that block the way. I can relate. And not just because I have been where you are — I still face all these things, today.

Millions of men, just like you, have used my books to take their “next steps” — to figure out who they are, what their lives are about, and become fully alive in Christ.

Becoming the man God created you to be is a journey. It takes time. We all need a guide. It would be my privilege and an honor to guide you for as long as you need — as a fatherly figure, or perhaps as an older brother.
